As the great-great-grandson of Willie “Blind” Smoke, Octavius carries forward a legacy built on faith, perseverance, and self-determination. Like the generations before him, he values hard work and personal accountability. While early challenges tested his direction, he ultimately found his footing and strengthened his place within the family and its growing enterprises.
Today, he helps oversee operations connected to the Dallas branch of Smoke Meat Industries, including several product lines bearing his own entrepreneurial influence. Yet despite his business success, music remains his greatest passion.
